Welcome to Ready Enough. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, expectations, and limitations that apply when you access our website, sign up for our emails, download free resources, and/or purchase and participate in our online courses, workshops or offerings.
By using our website or purchasing our products you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Ready Enough is an educational platform offering breathwork-based support, nervous system education, and birth preparation resources. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, midwifery, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency care.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in our programs. If pregnant, you are responsible for ensuring breathwork is safe for you and your circumstances, in consultation with your healthcare provider.

3. Not Medical Advice

Our content does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
We encourage you to seek personalised guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to pregnancy, labour, mental health, or physical wellbeing.

4. Course Access

When you purchase the Ready Enough course, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course platform for the duration specified at checkout (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated).
You agree not to share logins, republish materials, or distribute content.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment: All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified. Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider.

Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds are generally not offered after access has been granted. If you believe an error has occurred, or if you experience issues accessing the course, please contact us at hello@read-enough.co and we will do our best to resolve it.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Workshops, Events & Live Sessions

From time to time we may offer live online workshops, masterclasses or breathwork sessions.
You are responsible for ensuring you participate in a safe environment (comfortable space, ability to lie down or sit, no driving during breathwork, etc.).

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if required. If a paid live event is cancelled, you will be offered a refund or credit.

7. Safety & Personal Responsibility

By participating in our course or sessions you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing during any breathwork or guided practices.

  • You will stop or modify practices if you feel discomfort, dizziness, emotional overwhelm, or any adverse reaction.

  • You will seek medical support when needed.

  • You will not participate while driving or operating machinery.

Ready Enough is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that arise from your participation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — including videos, audio tracks, worksheets, text, branding, images and course materials — is owned by Ready Enough.
You may not copy, share, adapt, or reproduce our content without written permission.

9. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A supported device

  • Updated browser/software

We are not responsible for technical issues on your device or internet connection.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and store your data in line with our Privacy Policy (linked separately on our website).
We do not sell your information and will only use it for purposes related to your purchase or subscription.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, Ready Enough and its team are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, data, or opportunity

  • Decisions you make based on our content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the course or service.
